I’m running a couple of video blogs that you can keep up to date with

The first is the savingalan You Tube channel, every fortnight or when I feel the need to update everyone on what has been going on or talking about an issue I’ll post a short video.

My “Cooking with AL” videos are on the page titled ‘Cooking with Al’ (who would have guessed), featuring many of you who have offered to come over and show me some tricks in the kitchen.

The second is the savingalan 12second TV channel, this is a collection of random thoughts as I go through the week, when I am struggling, when I bombed out or when I had a small victory.
